Here is how you do Technical SEO audit for a construction business.
So your website can rank higher and generate traffic which means customers can find you.
1. Crawl your website
Use a tool Screaming Frog Free for small website. Before crawling Connect To Google Search Console, GA4 bad Ahrefs API.
Now we crawl the website.
2. Analyse your data

It will spit out RAW data so you have to interpret it yourself what I like to look at pages that get no LOVE from Google. Pages that has no Traffic, Links and Impressions. Are Perfect candidates to remove all together.
3. Get some quick fixes done.
The data will also show 301, 404 or might even 500 error codes. Sort them out so you only are left with pages with http Status code 200.
4. Optimise Page
Pages that are at the bottom of first page probably just need a little push. Check if the page meets these:
- Keyword in title, first and last paragraph
- Has at least 5 internal links
- Crawl depth is under 3 c
- Has quality backlinks
- OG image has a width of minimum 1200px wide
- Page contains numerous large High quality unique images.
5. Upgrade Existing SEO Content
Some content does not qualify to be deleted so you need to Upgrade them. Discard old content and do a complete new one. Run it through Rankability.
6. Put all of this together
